1. The traditional-belief disclaimer

RashiRocks presents information rooted in Vedic astrology, traditional Indian gemology, and folk practice. This content is for informational and cultural purposes only. It is not medical, financial, or psychological advice.

We make no warranty that wearing any particular stone will produce any specific outcome — health, wealth, marriage, career, or otherwise. For decisions that materially affect your life, please consult a qualified astrologer, gemologist, doctor, or licensed professional.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that infringe copyright or contain personal data of others.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish our content without permission.
• Attempt to break authentication or access other users' data.
• Use RashiRocks to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone.
• Reverse-engineer our AI models or submit synthetic adversarial inputs designed to manipulate the scanner.

4. Content and intellectual property

The encyclopedia content, design system, and AI-generated visualisations on RashiRocks are owned by RashiRocks (or licensed to it). You may share links and short excerpts for personal use. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

When you upload an image for scanning, you grant us a limited licence to process that image to identify the gemstone and return results. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

5. Paid features

Subscription tiers and one-off purchases are billed via Stripe. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Refunds are handled case-by-case via the contact form; we honour all statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RashiRocks and its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time via delete my account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Changes

Material changes will be announced via in-product notice for at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
